Although I haven’t had the pleasure of having CJLB construction work on my property yet. I do plan on him coming out and give me a quote at his site visit. That way he can give me an estimate on the cost. But, so far I rate his call back as stated above. Work to be determined.

He responded pretty on time always. He was kind and showed good personal. However, he didn't provide the exact list of materials he needs (ended up paying more material cost than originally discussed). He estimated the job scale wrong (originally less than 10hrs for total 100sqft, but ended up 23hrs for less than 50sqft, he charges by hours). The finish was very disappointing, like caulking are not linear or clean, tiles are not flat, no masking tape protection on existing paint or wall.
