Caddworth Designs did an excellent job of providing the preliminary drawings. After I made extensive changes, Sean with good suggestions, completed the final set of Drawings very quickly. As a retired commercial Project Manager, I hold my vendors to a higher standard, and can wholeheartedly recommend Caddworth designs.

Ha, I could only choose 3 things that were great about working with Sean. I wanted to click them all especially value. I have used others for my drawings and Sean is truly better on every level than those other professionals. Give him a shot, I am quite sure you will not be disappointed. Oh, and no I had never met him before he drew my first home. He is a good guy.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I can and WILL work with any budget or situations. My base price is reasonable and competitive. For clarity and honesty my proposal will clearly state the design process, what the cost per will be and what you are expect to get at the end of my design stage.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I must say that I am new to Thumbtack also for the past 2 years dealing with COVID most of my contacts with client has been over the phone initially. Once I get the feel of the Clients ideas concerning the project, we would have a meeting on site to visualize their intent along with giving them some suggestions. The first phase will be the Design Development where I would incorporate my Clients ideas and merge them with mine or to give them additional concepts. This could take a couple weeks or shorter based on size or complexity of the project. Once my Client is satisfied with the design we then move into Construction Document Stage.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been associated in the design industry for over 25 years, schooling and under the tutelage of Architects designing Homes, Apartment Complexes and Retail building in San Antonio area.
