When you call Aire Serv, our friendly team listens to your needs and schedules a convenient appointment. You will received a text alert of your scheduled appointment and a reminder the day prior. When the technician dispatches you will receive another text that our technician is on their way along with a picture of the technician headed your way. Once the technician arrives to your home he will do a full evaluation of your system, and clearly explain any issues found. We will provide upfront, flat-rate pricing before work begins—no surprises. Once approved, we complete the repair or installation efficiently and thoroughly, then test everything to ensure peak performance. Afterward, we will go over the results with you, answer your questions, and offer maintenance tips or service plan options. From start to finish, our process is built on honesty, professionalism, and your total comfort satisfaction.
