What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our standard quote: (May be customized to fit groups or special circumstances) Individual Life Coaching – bi-monthly sessions, Minimum 6 mos. Recommended $150/Hr. Accountability Coaching: Term determined by client $75/Hr
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I have an initial complimentary coaching session to determine rapport and if we can work together. If both parties agree to move to the next step, then a contract is signed and an intake sheet completed by the client to identify the scope and direction of the sessions.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am an active member of the John Maxwell Team and receive regular mentorship from John and his immediate staff.
