- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
The service is a recurring 200/month. This includes a fitness program, nutrition coaching, and accountability through text support and video calls.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We will have an introductory video call to get to know each other, discuss your history, and strategize. Then, we will do a second call beginning week 2 to dive deeper into our long-term plan and set our first set of 2 week goals. Then we will continue to have calls every other week for accountability, education, and support.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My educational background is diverse, allowing me to serve a wide array of people. I have a Master's and Bachelor's degrees in exercise physiology and exercise science respectively. I also have certifications in personal training, nutrition coaching, strength and conditioning, and corrective exercise.
