My experience with Jillian was outstanding. My journey with her was of about 3 months, and I definitely started noticing changes in my body on the first 2 weeks. I loved how our training sessions were always different. She always had new workouts for me that involved either ballet, or weight training. She was very helpful and always listened to the issues I had as far as my eating; she could relate to them so that made it easier for me as far as getting closer to my goal because she was able to understand my struggles. I would recommend her 100%. Her leadership and coaching would never let me give up. She always pushed me to go further and to believe that I could achieve my goal if I worked hard enough. I'm the type of person who needs that extra help to feel more encouraged into working out, and Jillian was always there to give me that extra boost I needed.

Jillian is absolutely fabulous!! Since starting working with her, I have seen changes not only physically, but mentally in my approach to my fitness goals. I love that each workout is different, and Im not stuck in the same boring workout routine rut. Jillian does a great job of encouraging me to do my best both inside and outside of the studio. She has taken the time to help me develop a manageable nutrition plan, sent me recipe ideas, and develop an off-day exercise program. Jillian is very knowledgeable, professional, and dependable, but most importantly she is kind. I would highly recommend Jillian to help you or a loved one reach their health and wellness goals!!

I really enjoyed my time with Jillian. I worked out with her for a few months over the summer. She did a great job on keeping me motivated by either encoraging me with words or joining in and doing the workout with me. She was the first trainer that I have met that seemed like a real person and could understand my struggle with the temptation of food which made me feel better. I would highly reccomend her to anyone that is looking for someone to train with that wants someone who is fun and enjoyable to be around. She did a great job of switching up the workouts so it was never got boring as well.

Jillian is quite knowledgable and completely professional. Her corrective exercises and training program is customizable and she takes extreme care and consideration to address your physical needs, limitations and goals to develop a sustainable workout plan. Highly recommend YBYW!
