- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
No, each home or business is unique. We want to address the specific needs of each client individually to ensure the highest level of service. Location, surface type, level of cleaning required are all factors in pricing.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We come to the location, meet the client, look at the areas needing service, explain all that we will be doing and advise the best options available. We provide a written proposal and offer a free demonstration prior to the start of the job.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We are factory trained and certified and hold additional specialized applicator specialist designations including being specialty high performance coating system certified applicators.
