- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
There are some things we have set prices on such as water heater flushes but most repairs and remodels price will be given on site after an evaluation is done to determine how best to solve the problem at hand.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We get name, phone number , email and address. We can give general quotes over the phone but like to come in person for bids or repairs.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have licensed professionals working for us some for about 20 years.
