FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
This question is trying to generalize a broad question. My best answer for our enterprise is this; we are not the least expensive provider most of the time nor, are we the most expensive. We are generally floating in the middle. I can’t say this about every product, there are exceptions to every rule.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Depending on the job; meeting with the customer, hearing and listening to their needs. Making recommendations regarding their project. Cultivating an estimate for their project and following up after the estimate is presented. If the estimate cost is overwhelming, many time we can break it down into more palatable portions, that’s where follow up and dialogue are important.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a state licensed landscape irrigator (8050). Other education comes from observational learning, reading books, common sense and not being afraid to seek out those who have knowledge your looking for and asking questions.
