Freddie is great to work with. He arrived on time, completed a thorough home inspection of a home I'm buying in Princeton and he answered all my questions. We went through all the issues he found on site and showed me where all the utilities were (water main, electrical. filters, etc.). He was very personable and I would use his services and expertise again. I highly recommend him for your inspection needs. He's professional and a great guy! Thanks Freddie!

Freddie was very informative during the whole inspection process. Communication was great with the stress of having to schedule with a new builder. He explained in detail the line items on the report and all notable concerns during the walkthrough. The report was very easy to read and navigate. His pricing was very fair too. Overall, I was very satisfied and will definitely you use Freddie again for my 11 month warranty inspection!
