Donovan did an awesome job on installing my bar doors to my dining room that I transformed into my office. I explained to him my vision on what I wanted for the doors and they came out great! He is a very professional and knowledgeable person. I feel he charged me a fair price and was willing to make last minute adjustments as well. I will contact him for future projects that are needed around the house.

Donovan’s work is absolutely amazing. He is so thoughtful with his ideas and the end result is better than how we imagined. He made a very Indian inspired diwan bed (daybed) and we get compliments all the time. See for yourself. We are using Donovan’s services again for our mini kitchen remodel. Edit 11/20: And he hits 10/10 again. I get compliments on my kitchen all the time. If I didn’t say enough to convince you last time to book MSC, then just know Donovan and the folks he works with are honest and hard working. Shout out to Zach, Keith, Robert, Sherri, and Boomer!! It was a family affair and I will continue to go with MSC for all my future projects.

Our guest bathroom needed some serious attention. The tub was severely cracked and leaking (we had ductape covering it for the longest time), termite damage in the walls to the point where they were soggy and easily punctured, old shag carpet that was stained to high heavens, horrible wall paper that was peeling, and the cabinets below the sink had started to rot. I hired Donovan's (Multi Service Company) to tear out and remodel our bathroom. I am very happy with his work, he was really patient with me on my last minute material changes and I would hire again. My bathroom looks wonderful! It's a totally different room now.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
MSC pricing is fair and competitive. We provide detailed estimates and willing to negotiate.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Scheduled meeting to go over the details of the project and the customer's expectations. I will then create a standard estimate of the labor (materials included upon request) and send to the customer. Once the estimate is approved by the customer I will then create a contract for the project and schedule the work.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
4 years vocational school for carpentry and 10+ years of in field experience.
