FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Understanding that professional photography is a very competitive marketplace, it is still important to provide the quality customers expect. Otherwise, customers could rely upon cell phone cameras, point and shoot, etc. with a friend or relative as the photographer. Exceptional results require experience in all facets of the shoot. Taking the photograph, post processing, etc. all just some of the skills required to produce the professional results you expect. Generally, these qualities come at a higher but reasonable cost.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Pre-shoot meeting to determine the expectations, become comfortable with one another and building confidence in the photographer. It is important to understand the theme, poses, and emotion desired by the customer and this can be learned during a preliminary meeting followed by the actual shoot.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Over 30 successful years in sales and marketing which contributes to the understanding of clients needs and desires. Additionally, over 10 years experience with digital photography and post production.
