I use John anytime I have a computer problem or confusion. He always comes to my rescue and quickly cures any problem I'm having. One thing I really enjoy is John's ability to explain in laymen's terms ( I don't speak computerese) what he's doing and what caused my problem. He's quick , efficient , courteous , and polite. I don't hesitate to recommend him to anyone I know.
