- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
our pricing varies a lot depending on distance traveled to lawn size to services requested. I value repeat customers so i like to have some kind of incentive for their repeat business.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
well the home/property owner contacts us and we gather info such as location yard size and services requested and we give them a bid based on our pricing. Typically after that process we will onsite to get the job some within 24-48 hours sometimes sooner.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I took a horticulture class does that count???????
