FAQs

  • What types of customers have you worked with?

We do many types of events, birthdays, corporate parties, church events, festivals, the opportunities are endless!

  • What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

If your looking to hire animals as your venue, please understand that they will poop, and urinate. They are animals that are not trained like a dog or cat. Even if we pick up all or most of the droppings, don't panic! Manure is a excellent source of fertilizer. especially awesome for organic growing. Remember..... these are animals, and they can bite, kick, however our animals are very gentle this still can happen. Please be kind, and gentle when handling our animals, often children are unsupervised and we become babysitters, and its a challenge to "babysit" when we are focusing on showing our animals, as well as walking our ponies. We always try to bring clean, groomed animals, but sometimes on the way to the job, they may get "pooped on" or lay down in the trailer, much to our dismay. But they can always be "cleaned " up again when we reach our destination!

  • What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

How extremely hard this work is. Very physical, demands a lot of strength, time, and money. Its is not a profitable business, and by this I mean every thing we make goes right back into feeding, vet bills, insurance, vehicle repairs and maintenance. Not to mention the long, long hours, and no days off! The animals eat every day, they require their pens to be cleaned everyday, water every day, so if your looking for a day off for a "vacation" you have to find some one to help you out! You really have to LOVE animals!!! Which of course we do!! You also have to have a enormous amount of patience, with clients, kids and animals.
