Roman was fantastic. I had family coming over unexpectedly in just a few hours. After church, I bought what I thought was the correct 3-foot downrod from Lowe's, then called Roman. Even though he lives in Fulshear and I'm in Richmond, he was at my house within an hour. Once we started, we discovered my builder-installed fan from my 19-foot ceiling used a different downrod thickness, so the new one wouldn't fit. Instead of complaining, charging more, or giving up, Roman simply said, "We'll figure it out." We went to Home Depot together, but they didn't have the right downrod either. He cut my original 6-foot downrod down to 3 feet, drilled factory-style mounting holes, and made it fit perfectly. The entire job, including the Home Depot trip, took about an hour. I had negotiated his price down by $20 beforehand, but after seeing his professionalism, creativity, and work ethic, I gladly gave it back. Mr Roman was quick to respond with a quote that was reasonable. He completed the job faster than expected and arrived early. Four fans installed with no issues. If you need work down I recommend him.
