- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our policy is 100% free estimates for each job, we include the paint for each project that we do ( except they want to use an expensive paint ) we always open to discuss the estimate, and we are open to give discount to each client no matter how small or big is the project.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The first thing is ask the client what they would like to do on the project, what colors do they like to applied in the walls, and give them my advice to do the best job possible.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I been a painter for a few years now, I like new projects and challenges and I like to give my ideas to the clients.
