Absolutely the best in town! Juan came out to give a free estimate for a ductwork. The very next morning, he and his brother not only completed the promised job but also went above and beyond - they found an unattached (and open) register and fixed the issue. Highly recommended.

What a breath of fresh air!!! Juan and his crews had to straighten out the mess left by Barker AC (bryan)! They were on time punctual and very througher. Courteous. Affordable and even a senior discount... Wish I had contracted Royal first before the brand x group (Barker)!

Pros: Juan Showed up on time, on a very short notice. Got the A/C fixed on a hot summer day when I needed so. So i give him that. Cons: Overcharged for the parts very exaggeratedly. I can 100% inderstand making a profit margin on parts, but I was charged $125 for a part that costs $11, and $65 for aother part that also costs $11. By all means, make profit, charge double, but don’t charge TEN times the part cost. Also, did not provide receipt/invoice although I asked MULTIPLE times in person and via email.
