Hello students! I am Chiyo, your Japanese tutor/teacher. Please call me Chiyo-sensee. I have been tutoring Japanese since 2006. Now, I am teaching classes for high school students in Houston area. I teach ALL AGES and ALL LEVELS. I can create/modify curriculum for you. My lesson is always fun in relaxing environment. I am offering 30 min. free trial lesson! Fully enjoyable and engaging. Lessons are 45 min but feel like only 10 min because they are good. Glad to have made the choice for the wife and I. We communicate thru Skype on Fridays/Saturdays.

I have been working with Chiyo Sensei for almost one and a half years now and love every lesson we have! In order to make it to AP japanese by 12th grade I needed to skip a year of japanese by studying in the summer. I would not have been able to do it without my lessons with Chiyo Sensei! She also helped me during the school year since I had been studying Japanese a year less than the other people in my class and now I am farther than I thought I would make it in Japanese. Now I am still studying with her and am making good progress!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
It is $40/hour but if you prefer shorter lesson, 45 min is just $30. For the group lesson, please ask me!
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Please contact me to schedule the first 30 min trial lesson for free. I will send you materials and my Skype ID. It's easy!

I have a certificate of NAFL Japanese Language Instructors Qualification Program which I got in 2008.
