Introduction: Many have described my coaching style as the "quite motivator". I'm not your typical "bootcamp" in your face coach. Many people who would not dare step in a traditional gym have gone thru my customized courses and come out excited about their new abilities, but more importantly, their new found personal / emotional strength.
I love working with all walks of fitness. I may work out in the morning with a life long athlete, and then 2hrs later work with a grandmother of 5 who just wants better mobility.
