Selby's SAMBO and Self Defense Training

I specialize in outdoor training. I am a heavyweight SAMBO and freestyle wrestler. I received training from Nikolai Belichonok, in Minsk, Belarus. I was also in charge of kids at his summer camp. I was also a master sergeant at Saint John's Military School. I can motivate you to accomplish hard exercises. I can teach you how to workout without traditional equipment, I can teach you how to defend yourself but most importantly, depending on your goal (gain muscle or lose/gain weight), I can help you achieve results fast!
