These girls where awesome. I had just moved into an older place and the house needed some tlc. I was overwhelmed. So I called Knockout Cleanstruction, Tonya and her crew of ladies came out and did an excellent job at cleaning my place. They went above and beyond from cleaning to putting shelve paper down, helping me hang pictures. You will really enjoy your experience I would recommend them to anyone who wants a quality cleaning. They are very detailed, professional, knowledgeable and funny.

Tonya did an amazing job cleaning my rental. She is always on time, has an extra eye for detail, and is always very friendly. She went beyond my expectations and cleaned extra areas for no charge! What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our prices are competitive and at same time we are very fair. We will work with you in every way possible to make it happen. We do offer discounts for referrals.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We like to see what we are going into before we give an estimate. That can be in person or if necessary over the phone. We ask and write down what your wanting and expecting from us and those notes go into your file. We leave a checklist after every cleaning so you can see what a has been cleaned. Also that allows us to make certain everything was completed and we didn't look over anything. The checklist is different for every customer due to different wants and needs.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
I have a cosmetology license and have been in that field for years. I was just burned out, so I got a job cleaning houses. I've always enjoyed making someone or something prettier, cleaner and making people smile. Cleaning houses I can do all of that still.
