This place is awesome! They can engrave almost anything.Aug 29, 2018Review from Google
I asked Jim to help me with a gift, but I wasn't exactly sure what I wanted. He gave me serveral ideas. I didn't even know he could engrave on leather. Then he send me a mock up so I would know exactly what it was going to look like. It turned out amazing! Thank You Jim!May 9, 2018Review from Google
I live out of town and had to get a few Yeti's engraved for a wedding before flying out of Austin. I just had to send them the picture and font I wanted, and they had the new Yeti cups for me since I wasn't in town to drop any off, and had the engraving done in a day. They were very responsive and had great customer service. They charged a modest price and made pick-up really easy. I was incredibly impressed, will definitely be using them again!Aug 31, 2016Review from Google
Great craftsmanship and service. Robert engraved a Texas Tech logo and my son's name on a Yeti cup and it was flawless. Great work!Aug 8, 2016Review from Google

Jim and his entire staff over exceeded any expectations I had when ordering legacy award plaques for my company's 20 year grand opening event for our new headquarters in South Austin. We did a rush order of 24 legacy plaques and Jim and his team were able to get me EXACTLY what I needed, right on time, and the laser engraved plaques with real wood turned out beautifully with our custom logo engraved on each one. I highly recommend Fire Light Laser due to their superb customer service. They are very friendly and thorough. I am already putting in another order just a couple of weeks later for other products! You will not be disappointed when working with Fire Light Laser of Buda. They are amazing!!Jul 6, 2018Review from Google
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?Pricing depends on the item cost (if we're supplying), "degree of difficulty", artwork prep time and engraving time. We can make name badges, signs, labels and many other items.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer? The more info you can provide when initially contacting us helps. Our engravers are computer controlled, similar to a printer (vs. hand engraving). Anything we can get on the screen can be engraved. Whether it will look good is a different story but that's where our expertise comes in. For example, engraving a photo on glass may not look good where on anodized aluminum, it can look just like a black&white print. Objects need to be mostly flat in the area to be engraved. We have 1000's of items made for engraving. We can engrave a 24x36" area (with some restrictions). We can engrave items bigger that that (like a canoe paddle blade) over a +/- 24x18" area. We can do jewelry only if it is mostly flat and larger than a dime. We can't do rings.
- What types of customers have you worked with?Corporations (awards), churches (awards, fundraisers), youth sports orgs (awards, fundraisers), manufacturers (a step in their process - cutting or marking), contractors (labeling)
