They were quick to respond, assessed the situation, and got it handled. They didn’t try to upsell me or blow up my phone like some other pest services. The only downside is they are very busy. It took a few days to get someone out to my house and get the issue resolved (black wasps in the bedroom). Ideally this would have been handled the day of the first appointment since it affected my day to day.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Some services are based on square footage others could be scope of work, special material or fabrication. We use high grade materials to give the consumer long term peace of mind. We offer 1st responder, senior, military and new customers.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
From initial contact either via, email, text or phone call, we listen to the customer needs. Our admin will either schedule a service that meets the customers desire. In some instances it may require an on-site inspection. We want to solve the customers issue and earn the customer trust and long term partnership.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
By law the TDA requires 4-8hours of continuing education courses. Our industry is evolving so much, we have weekly team meetings and pick of a topic to discuss. We feel knowledge is power and we should learn something everyday.
