Jennifer was the perfect fit for our wedding. I have no idea about flower species and colors, so when other florists provided just a quote for flowers I couldn’t even identify, Jennifer provided a full look book that allowed me to visualize these in the space. Jennifer is amazing. Let me tell you that I stumbled upon Fae’s floral last minute before my wedding, after having a fallout with this so called “small wedding and elopement specialists.” So I was without a coordinator, planner or florist after spending thousands. I told her I was already constrained in my budget because of this, she was very empathetic and worked with me to get me what I wanted within the budget I could afford. I learned a lot about flowers by her telling me “we can substitute this for that” to make things more affordable for me. My ceremony was at one location and my reception about 15-20 mins away. She told me it would be a good use of my money if I had my arch and pillars moved after the ceremony was over. But I told her I didn’t have anyone to do so while I took my pics after the ceremony. So she offered herself and took the time and effort to take everything down carefully at the ceremony site and transport and install it at the reception. WOW just wow. Who cares that much? Well, she’s one of those people that still does and that is not all about the money but about her passion and her clients. To top it off, she told me if I didn’t want to have to deal with taking all the flowers after the wedding (which I didn’t cause I didn’t want to burden my family with that too in addition to all other stuffs they’ll be carrying back home for me after me and my hubby were done)… she takes all the flowers to a nursing home. How sweet. I saw her Instagram reel following up on that. If I ever have the need for a florist, it would definitely be Fae’s Floral. No doubt. I am 100% happy with her job.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I'd like to take the opportunity to ask a couple questions to get a better idea of your overall floral needs and then begin a detailed breakdown of your specific florals requested such as design and color scheme. I provide a complete breakdown of your florals, so you are able to understand what and where all your stems are expected and placement.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
11 years certifying Level 1 florists through Texas Floral Association of Texas.
