- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We begin our process with an initial evaluation to determine customer needs, this is completed either by phone or email and may require pictures. This evaluation may sometimes require a visit to the site for further inspection depending on size or severity of issue. Once the evaluation is completed customer will receive an estimate by email outlining services, cost, range of dates when services will be scheduled and the process in which services are to be completed. After customer accepts the estimate they will receive communication regarding final date services are to start and be completed. After services are completed customer is to review work within 48 hours and remit payment to CenTex Nice & Clean when satisfied. If customer is not satisified CenTex Nice & Clean will work to correct any issues or customer will not be required to make payment. Our promise to our customers is to provide them with a quality service, nothing less.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All staff is sent to quarterly continuing education to ensure we are always taking care of our customers in a manner that is safe and efficient for their needs.
