Steve was hired to perform an HVAC service and I can wholeheartedly recommend him. He was on time, very courteous, and took time to explain what was going to be done and his findings. There was no pressure to "upsell" services you don't need that you find with larger commercial AC companies. Price was very reasonable and I will use him again without question.

While the technician sent by Steve was good and followed orders to the t, the problem wasn't resolved and we are out $245. Steve made an assumption about what the problem could be and turned out not being that. My AC makes a loud humming sound mostly because of a motor that's too powerful for a little house like ours. Steve insisted that it was the blower fan, which was never touched or talked about by the tech. I was quoted $250, paid $245, for no resolution to the problem. But, the tech was polite and good!
