- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing depends on the size of the project, wall condition, prep work needed, and materials. We provide honest and fair estimates with clear details before starting. Paint and materials can be included or provided by the customer depending on the project. We also offer free estimates.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First, we review the project details and photos or schedule an in-person visit if needed. Then we provide a clear estimate and explain the scope of work. Once approved, we protect the work area, complete the prep work, paint with quality materials, clean up, and do a final walkthrough to make sure the customer is happy.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have over 15 years of hands-on experience in residential and commercial painting. My experience includes interior painting, exterior painting, cabinet painting, drywall repair, texture, staining, and detailed prep work. Most of my training comes from years of working in the field and learning proper professional painting techniques.
