- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I work in 4 hour time blocks. We can do a full 8 hours for the day if that is what's necessary. I charge $100 an hour and require a $100 deposit before we set up an appointment. Payment is up front for the time we schedule. I do provide a military, EMT, Fire and Police discount. It is all written out in my contract so there are no surprise fees.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I will send out my contract that both parties need to sign. Everything is confidential so once contracts are sent in I will send a worksheet on what you feel is important and we will start from there. Most of the time I will work with both parties in separate zoom rooms. At the end of the process I will have completed a full MSA that is binding to the courts.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Fully certified in both Mediation and Arbitration.
