We are a new customer now but at the time we were not. We called pool scouts on a Friday afternoon and they made time for us that day. I know they could have told us that it would be Monday before they could help us but they showed up the same day. They address the problem and started taking steps to fix it. They are very knowledgeable on fixing pool problems and maintaining them!

All is good and the pool looks great. I get in it every night. Please remember to close the gate It was not closed today and I cannot have my dog getting out. Everything else awesome.

Pool Scouts has been a miracle for my pool. Due to a broken hip suffered November 2024, I was unable to keep the pool clean over the Winter, and unable to get it clean as 2025 started warming up. When they got here, the water was green, the walls were green, and clumps of algae were floating on top of the water, along the bottom, and clogging up the skimmer and the cleaner. At that point I got a postcard from Pool Scouts in the mail, and called them to schedule service on my backyard version of The Black LagoonAfter the first session, the pool was blue and the pool chemistry was normal, although a few spots of algae remained here and there. I had to leave while they were still working, but I am sure they spent much more time than they had budgeted. Water temperature was only about 70, though, so no one was going to be swimming.After the second session it was even better, water temperature about 74, and an extended heat wave then arrived, and after the third, water temp was mid 80's and the pool was wonderful.I would recommend Pool Scouts for anyone needing a top quality pool service.
