We continue to learn on a daily basis about places, air, cruises, etc. There is continuing education constantly with our profession.

We give advice on destinations, make arrangements for transportation, hotel accommodations, car rentals, tours, and recreation; advise on weather conditions, restaurants, tourist attractions, and recreation; provide information on customs regulations, required papers (passports, visas, and certificates of vaccination), and currency exchange rates to international travelers; consult published and computer-based sources for information on departure and arrival times, fares, and hotel ratings and accommodations
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Be prepared to be asked questions about you trip. Date, Place, and price range of your trip. Agents will ask where youre going and why, how you would wish to travel, how long you plan to stay, and what your travel budget is. Be open and honest with your answers. An agent will gladly put together a sample tour that describes availabilities in transportation, accommodations, and estimated costs. This helps us better prepare your vacation.
