I will be hiring Dustin again! Was very impressed with his quality of work and his price. In discussion of what I was looking for he gave me some ideas and went out of his way to find the product that would make my project look great. He finished ahead of schedule and made revisions when needed. I would highly recommend Dustin!Mar 11, 2020VerifiedDustin Worrell's reply
Thank you for your business Amy, I look forward to the dock project!
ARRIVE ON TIME. KEEP HIS WORD. I WOULD NOT USE A REPAIR MAN LIKE THIS.Mar 14, 2020VerifiedDustin Worrell's reply
Ken had requested me to come out and look at some rotted fascia on his house. First off, an address was never provided to his property, nor was an exact time of arrival to estimate the job. Upon arrival, Ken's demeanor was very hostile, and I really felt uncomfortable in his presence. I definitely chose not to submit an estimate for the job after meeting him. Also, I am not a repair man and there was nothing that I did to not keep my word, since I did not chose to submit an estimate. This review is very biased and comes from an individual who I did not perform any work for.
Knowledgeable, capable, reasonable priced, a joy to work with!Aug 16, 2019Verified
Estimate went up due to bad planning on their side, job was not completed as agreed. He did not install clear roof properly according to roof manufacturers recommendations, roof panels are loose and there are water leaks everywhere.Dec 16, 2017Dustin Worrell's reply
This is unfortunate that half of the story is recognized. The estimate was accepted by the customer and the materials were chosen by the customer, on a strict budget. In fact, labor and materials were never paid in full. There is only one way to install perforated roofing and the cause of his leaks are due to a low quality product that sags and holds water. I reached out to the customer, providing solutions to his issues, but the customer was unwilling to make the necessary changes. This was not a workmanship issue, but a lack of quality product. The turnout was unfortunate, however we tried everything we could with the budget we had to work with.
Dustin was quick to reply to any questions we had, was happy to meet with us, and finished the project earlier than expected. Great service - will hire again, and strongly recommend.Mar 20, 2020VerifiedDustin Worrell's reply
I appreciate the opportunity!
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?Pricing really depends on the project, but for most fence installations you will find it priced by the linear foot. Having the estimated linear footage makes for the most accurate quote to stand by.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer? The first step is to schedule me to meet with you for a consultation to see the intended work. After that, we can speak about scheduling, and following up on the project.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?I have installed or maintained over 300 fences from residential clients, to equine and cattle operations.
