Prices vary mostly on the square footage of a home and or the height. Tall or short ceilings can increase or decrease the total price. Pets in the home can also increase total price.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When working with a new customer I like to come to the home and get a walk through and ask all the important questions on what it is you're needing. Standard cleaning is much different than a deep clean.
