We are for flat rate pricing. This way there is no surprise or hidden charges when you schedule. If you’re in San Antonio, it’s a flat rate of $95. Nothing more.

Pricing is clearly very important. Make sure that the vendor will give you an upfront written price before they visit your home. Many vendors in my industry will have common upselling techniques
