We paid to have our carpets cleaned when we moved into our new house. After a couple weeks it started smelling like dog pee really bad in certain corners of the living room (we have dogs so we know). We called Sage to check the work done from the previous company and they found the job to not be done correctly (see pics with stains). They fixed the issues and the carpets smelled fresh. We even had them out to install laminate flooring 6 months later when we had some money to change out the old carpets!

I want to thank Sage Restoration for assisting us with redoing our hall tree and also adding wainscoting to our staircase foyer and kitchen island. We are extremely happy with the results and will definitely be calling them for any future projects. I would highly recommend them for services. They contacted me with a bid. Failed to return calls and texts numerous times after no show. Voice mail was always full. I would be careful about becoming involved with these people. I certainly would not pay them one dime upfront you might never see them again. There childish and immature actions cost me to do a job that needs to be done. I would just say NO to these characters.
