- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
With all the variables involved with remodel project it is extremely difficult to put standard prices on many of the projects I complete
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First and foremost, I try to get to know my client tobunderstand what they are envisioning as a finished product. Once that is accomplished, we move forward with a design and a schedule.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I don't believe there are many formal training atmospheres that will take the place of experience in my line of work. Although I do try to stay abreast of any new technologies that are introduced to the market.
