- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Yes I do, I use homewyse cost calculator, it provides bids with low medium and upper range for all types of jobs in whatever area you want he compares prices for that area for materials and labor it's a very helpful in keeping a fair bid for my customers and they're welcome to go look at the prices for their self no this does not mean my prices will be exact with theirs but I guarantee it will not be over theirs
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My typical process is the first of all be able to see the job first hand talk to the customer face to face. It's really impossible to accurately bid a job over computer without seeing first hand what's going on then I can do and accurate bid. Deanna go over every aspect of the the job with the customer and make sure where I die on everything hopefully there's no surprises but in construction there always surprises there always unknowns and I try to let them be known of the variables there are there are no hidden prices but sometimes we have to adjust
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Travel to country as a certified alarm technician licensed firearm technician putting a nurse call systems and fire alarms in military hospitals daycares etc. Served as a paid firefighter for city of Wichita Falls and city of holiday Texas seven and a half years. 5 years military experience. And everyday dealing with construction for over 30 years started building swimming pools when I was 13 years old and learn to every aspect of it since then.
