Terry and Nell were extraordinary! Not only did Terry respond with a reasonable quote quickly, but he was wiling to take on a small closet job when others wanted a ridiculous minimum fee. He’s been doing this for fortyish years, so he’s GOOD! I had a remnant of the original carpet from 5 years ago, so Terry and Nell moved the most worn bit to the edge where it won’t be seen, patched in the new piece, and left it looking brand new. They are lovely human beings in addition to being highly skilled at what they do. I’ve already shared their info with friends and colleagues. My closet looks new, and I am finally moving back in after months of work to restore it after a leak. I wish I could give them 10 stars! See before and after, below. Thanks, Terry and Nell!
