Wow! I was blown away!! The food was amazing, and Shawn was so nice and helpful. I planned a romantic surprise for my husband and He helped me light candles before we arrived! The food was delicious and we even had left overs of desserts and he made us some chocolate covered strawberries to top it all off! Will definitely be hiring him again.

I provide a high-end service that is tailor made. I am a seasoned, veteran professional chef with over 20 years in the business.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I enjoy speaking with the client over the phone to get details and plan the event. Customize a special menu tailored to your needs. Procure groceries and then go to your house and make the magic happen or fill your fridge with love on the agreed upon time
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I studied at El Centro College’s Chef Apprenticeship Program and began my apprenticeship at the prestigious Fort Worth Club in 1998. I worked under chef Kelly Cameron and have been corporate Executive Chef at several private golf clubs and Sous chef at Omni Fort Worth Hotel
