- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I enjoy speaking with the client over the phone to get details and plan the event. Customize a special menu tailored to your needs. Procure groceries and then go to your house and make the magic happen or fill your fridge with love on the agreed upon time
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I studied at El Centro College’s Chef Apprenticeship Program and began my apprenticeship at the prestigious Fort Worth Club in 1998. I worked under chef Kelly Cameron and have been corporate Executive Chef at several private golf clubs and Sous chef at Omni Fort Worth Hotel
