Tony made contact really fast. Showed up in the timeframe expected. Explained the possible causes for the situation I was dealing with. The clog I was dealing with is no more. Despite it being Christmas Eve and cold, he gave me a break on the total cost. I wouldn’t hesitate to contact Texas Pride again in the future.

We charge an $85 service call fee. This is for us to come out and provide a quote. If the quote is accepted, we waive the $85 service call fee. We work hard to maintain competitive prices that are fair to the work being done.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Each of our plumbers are trained and licensed.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
The owner, Tony Pettijohn, started doing plumbing as a teenager for his family plumbing company and further went on to master the plumbing trade.
