Gary was a pleasure to work with. He investigated the air quality/HVAC issues we were concerned about and offered more than one solution. We very much appreciated that he was conscious of our budget. He was also punctual but I could only choose 3 to previous question. He gave me a plan of action to provide to my landlord and I will have him back out once approved to fully correct the issue. He called to follow up on the appointment when previous customer had unexpected issues. We were able to reschedule. Very responsive and respectful!
