Went on thumbtack and found them. They called me back within minutes. Told them that I had a clogged main pipe and needed to see if they could fix it. Clint came out and talked me through everything he was doing. He ran a camera down the pipe and then a jet system and cleared the blockage. As we were cleaning up I noticed some water on the floor. We found out that my ac drain was clogged. Clint ran and got a snake and fixed the problem. Clint was very professional and understanding, as I was asking all kinds of questions. He answered all my questions and even gave me some solutions for maintaining the system.

MasterTex was responsive, professional, and thorough in diagnosing a significant sewer issue shortly after we moved into our home. Their team took the time to explain what they were seeing, provided extensive documentation, and walked us through both the immediate problem and the long-term implications of an aging cast iron system. While the findings were not what we hoped for, I appreciated their willingness to answer questions, provide before-and-after photos, and complete the work quickly.
