RESIDENTIAL CARPET CLEANING PRICES Budget Specials as low as $35.00 an area (Areas over 150 sq.ft. counted as two areas.) (Heavy soiled areas may require Pre-Conditioning) COMMERCIAL CARPET CLEANING PRICES Basic Service Min Charge $125.00 for first 300 sq.ft. Additional services range between .25 to.35 cents a sq.ft. - What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Here at Courteous Carpet Care we are well positioned to provide you with the best carpet cleaning service available. DURING THE VISIT Courteous Carpet Care will. Conduct a pre-inspection of the rooms and/or items to be cleaned Discuss the cleaning procedures with the customer and answer any questions they may have. Apply Treatments to any areas of concern to ensure the most thorough cleaning. Clean the entire area using our exclusive RESIDUE FREE cleaning method. Apply an odor eliminator or a scotch-guard as requested, and groom the carpet if necessary . Once all the carpets have been cleaned, we will complete a final inspection with you to ensure that you are satisfied with all services performed. POST-VISIT You may walk on your carpet immediately after cleaning, but avoid traffic areas and wearing shoes, as they may re-soil your carpet. Be careful when going from damp, carpeted areas onto non-carpeted areas to avoid slipping.
