I have used EZ for three projects, two large and one small one. For projects three times I got lucky and had the owner come out (ask for Joel)! He has saved me hundreds of dollars by repairing several small things as well just here and there as needed around my estate. He is a go-to for my rental properties in the Texas. He was even willing to pick up furniture I bought, assemble it and haul off old furniture for me in less than 4hours total. He is sharp, mechanically - he can fix just about anything I’ve had others not be able to, punctual and fair with his prices! He remodeled a laundry room for my sister as surprise in three days while she was traveling (will share pics below) ! Five stars for this vendor is such a rare find!
