Wonderful group of men for a price that couldn't be beat. They worked very quickly and were in a great mood the whole time despite working in the sun and lifting everything to the 3rd floor. They put the large furniture in the rooms it belonged in rather than dumping it wherever they could like I've had movers do in the past. Genesis Moving is the best and I'll be using them in the future.

The two guys from Genesis did a great job helping me move. They went above and beyond by taking apart my bed and reassembling it, and packing pretty much all my stuff for me. They showed up promptly and were efficient. Not to mention they had the most affordable rates in town!!

My Movers were polite very careful handling our delicate items. They showed up in the time frame I was expecting them. They called before they arrived . Since the moment they arrived they saw our stuff and formulated. A plan. I could tell they had plenty of experience moving. I'm. Not going to lie I was a bit nervous on hiring moving services but everything turned out better than. Fine I couldn't. Expect more from this amazing crew

Genesis Moving has the best pricing in Austin by far. More than that, they were careful with my furniture, loaded and unloaded everything incredibly quickly, and were even willing to do the whole thing on Black Friday. I have already recommended this company to family members, and will definitely hire them when I need to move again.

They were great. I had a weird situation so I didn't have all my stuff packed up and my roommate was moving out but a month later, so it was a little confusing for the guys, but they were super professional and polite throughout the whole process. Also they were very careful with my things, labeled boxes fragile and had a mirror and TV and picture frames and such, even glass wax burners in bags lightly packed, and nothing was broken or damaged. Also they were very respectful of the apartment and were diligent when moving around to not hit/rub walls, etc.
Very quick as well, took 2 hours to move 1/2 of a 1 bed apt on 2nd floor to another apt on a 2nd floor about 15 minutes away, which was exactly what I was hoping for based on my previous moving experience. I didn't have any large or heavy furniture though, so expect longer if you do.
I always feel so empathetic for movers bc of the dozens of times I've moved and know how hard it is to take one heavy load up the stairs, let alone dozens of trips in and out in the same day, or 2 hours without a break at that!
My email correspondence with them was a little weird to set it up, though they were super fast to respond at night! but the guys who actually showed up were extremely polite and professional and I was very happy with the experience. Definitely recommend them!!
