- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Each project is unique. It is customary for us to charge by the hour. However, some lengthy projects can be quoted at a weekly/project rate. All projects over 25-miles away, require a 5-hour minimum. New Clients Save 20% off first project when booking 8-hours or more of Home Organizing services. (Prepayment is required for discounted projects.) We enforce a 24-hour prior notice of cancellation and charge $35 for last minute cancellations. All rates are negotiable.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Generally a list is either provided by the client or we make it together, outlining the priorities and end results expected be the client. Containers, trash bags etc. will need to be provided by the client. Point me in the right direction and rest assured your project will be completed to your satisfaction.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have over 7-years of experience, training and continued education as a health consultant. Helping people better themselves by changing their lives was and is more than a job. It made me aware of people's needs, gave me a sense of community and put me on a higher plane of decency as a human being. Eliminating clutter not only gives you peace of mind but it helps to eliminate stress, therefore adds to your health and harmony.
