- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is based on Supplies and Labor and Transportation. I only charge for transport if you are an hour or longer from me. For a move-out/move-in cleaning, I charge .25 cents per square foot. There’s no additional charges or hourly charge. I charge for the job/size of the home. No additional fees.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I find out what my client is wanting, I do the cleaning, and have my client check my work. Everyone likes things done a certain way, so I have to learn what my clients likes and dislikes, which takes time. Having thorough communication is helpful. I make the process easy, we figure out the job, find out the size of the home, then schedule the cleaning.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I’ve been cleaning homes for about a year now, I have some contracts with a few properties for move-out cleaning, and I have repeat customers monthly.
