FAQs

  • What types of customers have you worked with?

My most common types of jobs include: Couples, Family, Children, Engagements, Bridals and Wedding Ceremonies. I Edit the photographs and place them on a custom CD with print release. I like simplicity!

  • What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

It's all in the details. Photography is more than "taking a picture." It is about your vision coming through. I LOVE to compare before and after shots. There is a difference between "straight out of the camera" and an edited photograph. When I say edited, I am not talking about the run of the mill online editing programs. I use Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Lightroom. I always look for before and after shots. If a photographers work is different and awesome, they will show it off because it sets them apart from the rest. You will find before and after shots on my blog and facebook page...I find that my "fans" like it too. Many have no idea how much an image has changed until they see the "before and after." I also would make sure they have actually covered the event you are wanting to book them for. For instance - just because someones "Aunt Sally" takes a photo at a wedding and then decides to go into photography and uses that image on her business card doesn't mean "Aunt Sally" shot the wedding...she just happened to be there and took some snap shots. That is deceitful to clients and very rude to the actual wedding photographer. Last but not least - you get what you pay for - especially with photographers. Remember you only have one time to capture your memories of today, for tomorrow.
