Daniel is very understanding and responsive. I really hate it when people do not respond. He was patient with me as I was having issues getting my new house cleaned prior to the carpet cleaning. He arranged to have a representative at my new home with short notice. Although I didn't get the guys name, he came and did a great job. Prior to the cleaning,the carpet and stairs felt so nasty to my feet. Although, the carpet and stairs could use another once over I can at least stand having my feet touch the floors without feeling so grossed out. I may hire again just because who knows how many years the previous owners went without cleaning the carpet? Thanks for your service.

Everything was great! Daniel is awesome to talk to and does a great job on the carpets. It took less than an hr to do 2.5 floors and 1 landing and was only $75. I got the carpet cleaned on December 30 and had the stains and gum in the carpet since Halloween due to a party. Everything was spotless and no more gum in the carpet.
