I was extremely pleased with Banks Flooring and Restoration services. They did a fantastic job cleaning my sectional couch and four rugs. The company was very responsive throughout the process and did a great job with communication. They were also very personable and friendly.

Banks Flooring did a good job on cleaning and an okay job on buffing my Terrazo floors. I would have liked to see them use a large, stronger commercial buffer rather than the one they used. The floors are clean, but not as well buffed as I would like.
They did not put back many items they had moved to clean the floors. I am handicapped so it was difficult to lift and out things back. They left one chair in the jacuzzi bathtub, and one in my closet, along with a number of other items like an encased plunger and toilet brush. Similar items were not put back in other baths.
